The website www.coconutmatter.com (the "website") is managed by Coconut Matter Limited,Room C6, 4/F, E-Tat Factory Building, 4 Hueng Yip Road, Wang Chuk Hang, Aberdeen, Hong Kong(doing business as “Coconutmatter” or the "Company"). Throughout the present document, the terms “we”, “us”, “Coconutmatter” and “our” refer to Coconut Matter Limited, including all information, products, tools and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all Terms, Conditions, Policies and Notices stated here.

Our webstore is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Coconutmatter offers products for sale available to its adult users exclusivelyon the coconutmatter.com website, which is its e-commerce business services. Only users are able to buy our products, so creation of an account is compulsory. The account will be created either before the first order, or during the first order.
Coconumatter reserves the right not to accept purchase order proposals received from users who are not "consumers", and any other order proposal that does not comply with its business policy. In such situation, Coconutmatter will inform the user that the order has not been accepted.
The orders transmitted to us and the returns made by the users must match with normal consumer needs. Coconutmatter reserves the right to monitor the number of order and returns.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

The access to and use of coconutmatter.com, including viewing web pages, communication with us, downloading product information and making purchases on the website are carried out by our users exclusively for personal purposes which should in no way be connected to any trade, business or professional activity. You will be the only one liable for your use of our website, we will not be considered liable for any use of the website and its contents by any of its users that is not compliant with the laws and regulations in force in your territory.
Coconutmatter will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damage resulting from inaccessibility to website services or from damage caused by corrupt files, viruses, omissions, errors, service interruptions, unauthorized access, data alteration, content deletion, failure and/or malfunction of the user's electronic equipment, problems with the network, with providers or telephone and/or data transmission connections.

SECTION 3 – PLACING OF ORDERS
To execute a contract of sale for one or more products on coconutmatter.com, you must fill out the online purchase order form and send it electronically to the us, following the relevant instructions.
Before sending your order proposals, we ask that you carefully read these General Terms and Conditions. We will also provide you with a summary of the main characteristics of each product ordered and its unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment you may use to purchase each product, shipping methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, our information, address and how to contact us, and the timeframe within which we – once the order has been accepted – will deliver the products.
Your order is irrevocable regarding the purchaseof the products.
Upon submission of the order you will receive an email message confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order. The contract shall be deemed concluded when we accept your order proposal, sowe will send you a second email confirming the acceptance of the order and the dispatch of the products.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT
Payment of the price of the products and the costs of their shipping and delivery must be made using one of the methods indicated on the order form. Under no circumstances will you be charged more than the cost incurred by Coconutmatter relative to the payment method chosen by you.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
In the case of payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent via an encrypted protocol, without third parties having any access whatsoever thereto. These details will not be used by us except for carrying out procedures relevant to your purchase, or issuing refunds in the case of returns, subsequent to the exercise of your right to return, or for reporting cases of fraud on coconutmatter.com to the police. The price for the purchase of products and the costs for their shipping and delivery as indicated on the order form will be charged to your account at the moment in which the purchased products are shipped.

SECTION 6 – RETURN POLICY
Here at Coconutmatter we aim to provide high quality goods that are free from any faults or damages. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us – we are here to help.
If you would like to return an item to us, please email email@example.com within seven (7) of receipt of order. Please inform us first before sending the products back in its original packing to us. If we are not informed of the return, the item may not be properly identified. This may result in a delay with addressing your concerns or processing any refund.
Given the specifics of the products sold, you are not allowed to return the products if they are opened or used. Also, you are not permitted to exchange or to replace purchased products with other products.
The return expenses will be charged to you. We kindly recommend you use registered post or courier with tracking service for returning products. If you decide to return products using a shipping method other than the one indicated here, you may have to pay the return shipping costs upfront and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transit.
The right to return the product shall be deemed correctly exercised if the following conditions have been fully met:
- The right to return has been correctly exercised within fifteen (15) days of receiving the products;
- The products have not been opened or used;
- The identification tag with the disposable seal is still attached to the products as it constitutes an integral part of the product;
- The products are returned with their original, undamaged, packaging;
- The products are handed over to the courier within the timeframes set out in this section
Coconut Matter will check whether the products returned comply with the terms and conditions indicated in this section.If the right to return has been exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated above, we will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products and will refund the amount paid for purchasing the products according to the terms and procedures set out, within fourteen (14) days from acceptance. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for purchasing the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with us on a different payment method and under the condition that you will not be subject to any additional charge as a consequence of the refund.
In case your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in this section you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid. We will inform you via e-mail if your return is not accepted. Within 14 days of the e-mail sent informing you that the return has not been accepted, you may choose, at your own expense, to have the products sent back to you in the conditions they were returned to us.
