Where does Coconut Matter ship to?
We are currently shipping Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Taiwan, United Kingdom, USA, and Vietnam only, and within Hong Kong. Shipping to all other countries are suspended due to the pandemic. We are constantly updating this list.
How about custom and taxes ?
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Please look up your country's duty regulations to see if duties apply to your order. Coconut Matter does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Why is the tracking number not showing up?
For international destinations, local postal service will provide delivery status only when your order arrives at its destination country. For local shipping, Hong Kong Post will send SMS to your phone if collection is required.

How can I edit my shipping address?
You may edit your shipping address in "My Account". If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, email us within 24hours with correct address.
Where does my order ship from?
During the COVID19 pandemic, we pack and ship orders directly from our workshop in Hong Kong.
