How do I earn points for leaving reviews?
Once your review is verified, points will be added to your account. You can only submit up to 2 reviews per month.
I referred a friend, but didn't get any points
Your friend must make a purchase using your referral link for points to be credited. You can send them your link again as a reminder.
How do I use my points?
Once you've earned enough points, you can redeem them for exciting rewards, such as order discounts and free shipping. Check out the full list of rewards here.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire. However, any redeemed but unused rewards will expire 6 months after they are issued.
Can I use my rewards together with other discounts or promotions?
No, rewards cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Only one discount code can be used per order.
When will I receive my birthday discount?
Make sure your birthday is registered on our system here. A unique birthday discount code will be sent to your email 2 weeks before your big day.
