First time buying our natural deodorant? Try us risk-free with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you don’t like the natural deodorant, or it doesn’t work for you, just ship it back to us for refund. No questions asked.

All we ask is you try Mood Natural Deodorant first.

The Money Back guarantee only applies to Mood Natural Deodorant purchased via www.coconutmatter.com website. Please note that we are not able to offer money back guarantee for repeat customers.

How do I claim my money back?

To claim under the 30 day Money Back Guarantee, we require you to email us within 30 days of Mood Natural Deodorant arriving at your delivery address quoting your order number.

We will email back with our shipping address and a case number to include in the the return shipment. We suggest sending return item with postal service with tracking number, as proof of delivery might need to be shown

How long does it take to process the refund?

Once we receive the return shipment and we are able to confirm less than 30 days’ use plus it is your first purchase of Mood Natural Deodorant, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) to the credit card or through the payment method used to make the original purchase.

Allergy

Would I experience irritation using your products? 

We do not use commonly known allergens such as synthetic fragrances and preservatives, or baking soda in our products.

Allergies are individual immune system responses that vary from person to person. Some people may experience allergic reactions to specific ingredients or materials in a product, while others may not have any issues.

Full ingredient list is disclosed on our packaging as well as on our website. You can check the list and avoid the product if there are ingredients you are sensitive to.

In the unlikely case of an allergic reaction (such as itching or rashes) after using our products, we recommend that you stop using the product immediately and consult your doctor.

How do I know I am not allergic to your product?

If you remain concerned after checking our ingredient list, the next step is patch testing. Apply a small amount of our product on the upper part of your inner arm and leave it for 24 hours. If you don't see or feel any reaction, the product is probably safe to use.

If you are using our deodorant, do not use whitening products nor acidic products. Over applying may cause irritation - 2 to 4 glides should work. Avoid applying deodorant right after shaving since your skin has just been ‘exfoliated’ and is at its most vulnerable.

What is your allergic reaction policy?

An allergy to a product is not considered a product defect. We have full disclosure of our ingredients on our website and on the product packaging to help you make informed decisions and avoid products that may cause you allergic reactions.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

As you add products to your carts, a FREE SHIPPING BAR will be displayed to show if you have reached free shipping minimum. FREE International Postal delivery to most countries is available when you spend HK$500 or more. Canada, France, Germany, Israel, India, Netherlands, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, and UAE has limited free shipping due to higher shipping cost.

Your order shall be packed on the same day and, as soon as your package is shipped, you shall receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.

The COVID-19 pandemic has destabilised global shipping, some destinations may experience extended delays.

How about custom and taxes ?

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Please look up your country's duty regulations to see if duties apply to your order. Coconut Matter does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

You shall receive notification when your order is in transit with your tracking number. You shall also received an email notification when order is delivered or if there is a failed delivery. You may also go to TRACK ORDER on our top menu to check real time status of your delivery.

How can I edit my shipping address?

You may edit your shipping address in "My Account". If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, email us within 24hours with correct address.

Where does my order ship from?

We pack and ship all orders directly from our workshop in Hong Kong, except for Philippines orders, which are pick and packed from our fulfilment centre in Manilla.

What is your exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange any product that is still in its original packaging within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Email with your order number and the product you do like to exchange, and we'll send a label for you to ship them back.

We offer free exchange postage for Hong Kong orders. exchange postage is not provided for international orders. Once we receive the products, we will arrange exchange for the product.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to return any product that is still in its original packaging within seven (7) of receiving the order. Email with your order number and the product you do like to return, and we'll send a label for you to ship them back.

We offer free return postage for Hong Kong orders. Return postage is not provided for international orders. Once we receive the products, we will arrange return for the product.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
