You are reading these Terms of Use because Coconut Matter Limited ( “Coconut Matter” ) is seeking your permission to use any words, pictures, images, data, information or any other ‘user-generated content’ that you uploaded, posted, or shared on any website and/or social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and Twitter that relates to Coconut Matter and/or their products ( “Content” ) . We thank you for sharing about us and for considering our request.
If you, the original intellectual property creator, permit us to use your Content in accordance with the terms set out herein, we will ask you to reply to us with the hashtag #yescoconutmatter . Once you have given us your consent in this way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use as well as the Terms of Use of any relevant Third Party Platforms.
Terms
- You hereby agree and present and warrant that you are not a minor and solely own and are responsible for the Content.
- You acknowledge and permit the Content to be used on all platforms operated by Coconut Matter, and its related companies, contractors, marketing or public relations agencies, and other affiliates (the “Licensed Parties” ), in the form of, including but not limited to, webpages and social media pages, e-mails, and advertisements, and any other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives. ( “Coconut Matter Media” )
- You grant Coconut Matter and the Licensed Parties a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual right and licence without compensation to use the Content as set out in these terms.
- You give Coconut Matter your permission to use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the Content in any manner, with no obligation owed to you whatsoever. Coconut Matter and the Licensed Parties reserve the right to monitor, change, edit or disable access or remove the Content from Coconut Matter Media at any time and without explanation or notice.
- You grant Coconut Matter and the Licensed Parties the right to use your username, image, descriptions of you, or other identifying information, including but not limited to your voice, in connection with any use of the Content.
- You hereby release, discharge, indemnify, defend and agree to hold Coconut Matter and the Licensed Parties, and any person acting on their behalf, harmless from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from our use of the Content or your breach of these Terms of Use.
- You agree that all Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, campaign titles and data compilations, included in or made available through Coconut Matter Media, is the property of Coconut Matter and/or the Licensed Parties and is protected by copyright laws and treaties. All such rights are reserved by Coconut Matter and/or the Licensed Parties and/or its licensors.
