How to use?

Step 1: Cleanse with Shampoo

Wet your hair completely. Shake 1 teaspoon of powder onto wet hands and close the lid immediately. Rub your palms together to transform the powder into a creamy paste, then apply the paste to your hair. Massage to build a lather—add a splash of water for extra bubbles—then rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: Feed with Leave-In Conditioner

Towel-dry until your hair is just damp. Warm oil between palms, cup them to your nose, and breathe deep—bright citrus, soft blossom, and a whisper of wood. Starting at the mid-lengths, glide hair between pressed palms, raking gently down to the ends.

I bought 3 bottles so far, the products itself

I bought 3 bottles so far, the products itself is good and after use the hair feels very great. But problem is the products get humidified easily. I tried to take it out of the shower area every day after use, but it still have clumps and it’s impossible to shake it out when it’s all clumped up. I wash my hair twice a day and the morning time is rushed, so because the products are clumped i feel like it’s hard to use, and I ended up having to use the normal type of shampoo in the morning. I wish this problem can be solved somehow. All three of my products had the same problem.

We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially on rushed mornings. Because our shampoo is powder-based, it can be sensitive to humidity in the air alone — even outside the shower. Ideally, storing it somewhere outside the bathroom altogether keeps it in the best condition.

One thing that can help right away: use a clean, dry chopstick to gently break up the clumps inside your current bottles — it works really well and so that nothing goes to waste! Closing the lid immediately after each use and keeping it away from steam can also help prevent clumps forming.

I've been using the powder Shampoo for more than 2 weeks, it takes a while to get used to this idea of a powder Shampoo but I'm happy that it does lather easily with the right amount of water added while washing my hair. A good option to bring for travelling too!

Good product!

I recently tried the Matcha Shake Shampoo and Oat Body Wash—both smell amazing! The shampoo works well, but I do wish it lathered a bit more since I end up using extra to get that fresh, clean feel. The Oat Body Wash is lovely though, very moisturizing and leaves my skin soft. I also bought the Gochi Shampoo and can’t wait to try it out too!
